Promoe training for marathon!


You might have known me as The Long Distance Runner since I dropped that album in 2004. However, looking back at it, I was really more of a mid distance runner. As a kid my favorite distance was 15 km, and I ran a lot of 5 and 10 km as well. It felt long then, but compared to the ultra trend of today, it’s more like a jog in the park. I’m not ready for the ultra distances yet, but I’ve done two Lidingöloppet (30 km), and I’m preparing for my first marathon at the moment. It will be The Kilimanjaro Marathon on March 2nd next year.
